Analyse any car without leaving the listing page.
The CocheScan Chrome extension detects the car you're looking at — on coches.net, AutoScout24, Wallapop, Milanuncios or anywhere else — and instantly shows you an AI rating of the listing, an analysis and the option to request a professional inspection, all from a side panel.
Available on the Chrome Web Store. Free, no account needed, installs in one click. The .zip is only for manual installation.
Why it is worth installing
Works on any site
The car does not need to be on CocheScan. Open it on any listing on any portal and it analyses it.
AI rating of the listing
A 0-100 score computed with AI from the listing's real price, mileage and age — not a generic opinion.
Automatic red flags
Price out of line with the market, mileage inconsistent with the car's age, missing data in the listing: flagged without you having to look for it.
Request the inspection in one click
The "Request inspection" button takes you straight to the CocheScan form with the car details already filled in.
Save the cars you are interested in
"My cars" keeps your analysis history in your own browser, so you can compare several options without losing anything.
It does not spy on your browsing
It never sends the full page anywhere, only the vehicle data already extracted (make, model, price, km...), and only when you open the panel.
How to install it
1. Open the Chrome Web Store
CocheScan on the Chrome Web Store. Works in Chrome, Edge, Brave and other Chromium-based browsers.
2. Click "Add to Chrome"
Accept the permissions: the extension only reads the car listing you have open, and only when you open the panel.
3. Open it on a listing
Go to any listing on coches.net, AutoScout24, Wallapop or Milanuncios and click the CocheScan icon. Pin it so it is always at hand.
Manual installation from the .zip (optional)
1. Download and unzip
Download the .zip above and unzip it into a folder you will not delete (the extension runs from there; it is not "installed" anywhere else).
2. Enable developer mode
Go to chrome://extensions, turn on the "Developer mode" switch in the top right corner.
3. Load it
Click "Load unpacked" and select the folder cochescan-extension you unzipped. The icon is now in your Chrome toolbar.
How to disable or remove it
To disable it temporarily: go to chrome://extensions and turn off the blue switch on the CocheScan card. It stays installed but stops working until you turn it on again.
To remove it completely: on the same page, click "Remove" on the CocheScan card (or right-click the toolbar icon → "Remove from Chrome"). You can also simply delete the folder you unzipped; without it, Chrome disables the extension automatically.
All the data the extension stores ("My cars" history, session) is kept only in your browser and is deleted together with the extension.
